Privacy notice

Draft for legal review. In this preview, forms send nothing. Anything you type stays in your browser.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email or phone, your message and the agency you chose.
• Listing claims: your name, agency, MOM licence no., EA personnel registration no., work email and phone.

Please do not include NRIC, FIN or passport numbers, or anything that identifies a helper.

Why

We pass an enquiry only to the agency you chose, so it can reply. We use claim details to check that you work for a licensed agency. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to match families with helpers.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not use local storage and does not track you across sites. It records things like the page viewed, referrer, country, browser and page speed, so we can see which guides help people. We cannot tell who you are from it.

Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity)

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and anonymised recordings of visits, plus your browser, device and rough location. This helps us find pages that confuse people. Clarity sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and Microsoft processes the data under its own privacy statement. Form fields and form text are masked, so Clarity never sees what you type.

If you click Decline, or ignore the banner, Clarity does not load and no Clarity cookies are set. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long

We delete submissions after 180 days, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. When forms go live, each submission will come with a deletion code. You can also use this form.
