Hih fees
We do not hold Hih's fee schedule, and we do not estimate it. Ask for every fee in writing, including the service fee, any loan the helper is carrying and what is refunded if the placement ends early. MOM caps the fee an agency may collect from a helper at one month of her fixed monthly salary for each year of service, capped at two months' salary (MOM's agency-fee FAQ; MOM's forum reply, 8 Nov 2024). See what agencies usually charge and the fee cap and refunds.

agencies.sg does not collect or publish reviews or ratings, and we do not score agencies. MOM's figures show Hih placed 425 helpers from 11 Oct 2025 to 11 Oct 2026, which shows how active it is, not how good it is. Read reviews from other employers, and see how to choose a maid agency.
